Spreading your creativity across different platforms is a great way to feel like you're not making any progress. For extra burn out, make sure you mix in different mediums - record videos, record podcasts, write blogs, etc.
To make sure you really feel like the work you're doing is pointless, forget why you started.
If you wanna feel like a failure that can't make any progress, measure your day to day results. If your post today got one less like than yesterday, you should probably rethink everything and question giving up.
If you wanna feel overwhelmed and make sure you never have enough time to do anything, say yes to everything, even if it doesn't align with you want to be doing.
By doing these 4 things, I can almost guarantee you'll be burned out and question why you even started in the first place.
